Happy Hours in Kansas City

Gail and I love to go to happy hours. Maybe its because we don't have the money to eat out as much as we'd like so we seek out the places and times with cheap menus. Because of our schedules happy hours tend to be the best time for us to go out anyway. We also like to explore new places, so happy hours are good for experimenting. The problem is that we don't know all of the places with happy hours, and the places that have them don't always advertise them well. I have started a list of places in KC with happy hours, but I am having trouble getting all of the information I want. I want to solicit some help. Do you have any recommendations? Here's what I'm looking for:

1) Places along the Main Street corridor, from the Plaza to the River Market. We live right in the middle of all of this, so we would like to stick close to home. That way it is easier to get to places on our scooter or by jumping on the new Metro Area Express (MAX) buses.
2) Places with both food and drink specials. We want to eat!
3) Location. Tell us where the restaurant is located.
4) Happy Hours. Tell us when the specials are good. You might also make a note if they are only good in a bar or lounge area of the restaurant.
5) The deals. What specials do they have.
6) Other info. Maybe a review or contact info.

Here are a two of our favorites:
La Bodega, 703 SW Blvd.
M-F 2-6 and Sat. 2-4, half price tapas and some drinks
10-midnight, half price sangria

Tomfooleries, on the Plaza
M-F 4-7, $2.95 menu of food, drinks as low as $1.75
9-close, specials vary
