Buying Music at Bookstores?

I love browsing the music sections of the big bookstores (Border, B&N, etc.), but why in the world would anybody ever actually buy anything from these places? $18.99 for something I can download for less than $10. Even the new releases on sale are around $15. I just don't get it.

for the extra $8.99 you get: a jewel case, a decorative sleeve, the book store atmosphere, and the eclectic image of book store patronship.
oh, and some older people don't use the internet and are confused by places like best buy.
personally, i like shopping from my desk and making my own band art.

i like to stuff cd's in my shorts and dodge the $18.99. Try doing that online.
