The BBC has an interesting article about how "the position in which a person goes to sleep provides an important clue about the kind of person they are."
Professor Chris Idzikowski, director of the Sleep Assessment and Advisory Service, has analysed six common sleeping positions - and found that each is linked to a particular personality type.
I'll let you go over to the BBC article to read about the personalities that go with each position. Personally, I don't buy much of it. It's kind of like reading a horoscope. And, there are far too many positions that are getting left out. What about the Foetus with the pillow between the legs (Gail)? Or, the Freefaller with the pillow lefting up the side to which the head is turned (Me)? Or, whatever it is people do with hot water bottles at their feet?
I am interested to know in which of these positions do you sleep (modified or not with pillows or hot water bottles)?
