Pat Robertson a Modern Day Nostradamus?

Why don't I ever hear from God like Pat does? Apparently Pat Robertson has been in conversation with God, and God has told him that America will be attacked toward the end of 2007. They must have had a bad connection at some point because Pat was not completely clear on what sort of attack.
“I’m not necessarily saying it’s going to be nuclear,” he said during his news-and-talk television show “The 700 Club” on the Christian Broadcasting Network. “The Lord didn’t say nuclear. But I do believe it will be something like that.”
I've asked Pat before to keep quiet. Maybe I should have God relay the message.

Of course I think Pat is full of it, but I am becoming more and more frustrated with the people who support these so-called religious leaders. If people would stop listening, maybe Pat would finally shut up.

I tend to dream of utopia.

Chris, its time to give in. Why can't you just accept that Pat Robertson is closer to God than the rest of us? He is on TV. That should be proof enough. If Jesus were on earth today, wouldn't he have his own TV show and be making millions? Of course he would. And he probably would have tried to become president of the United States at some point in an attempt to limit people's rights. Plus, I can totally see Jesus calling for assassinations of people. Pat Robertson has done all of this and more.

He has taken the word of Christ and truly tried to teach it to rest of us by example. God might not want to whisper things like "What's Going To Happen In the Future Nuclear or Not" into your and my ears, but surely He would do that for an important guy like Pat Robertson. Chris, you just aren't thinking logically on this one. Just give in and listen to Pat. He is far more important than the rest of us.

Get with the program!
