eMusic Withdrawals
With two infants, a new house, and limited income, we've been trying to cut corners here and there. One of the corners that got cut is my eMusic subscription. I had signed up for a year. The subscription ran out with the March downloads. I used to look forward to the middle of the month when I could get on eMusic and find some new tunes. This month, however, my excitement turned to depression.
Last month, I ended my subscription with a bang. Three excellent albums; all recommended; listed here from outstanding to great:
Bon Iver - For Emma, Forever Ago
Thao - We Brave Bees Sting and All
Headlights - Some Racing, Some Stopping

I'll miss your eMusic picks. I let mine lapse for the early months, but picked it back up with a vengeance after the first year. Here's hoping your budget will support it once your sleep cycle does. As one of the most multitasking-friendly art forms, it's my primary rope to civilization.
